WGNO in New Orleans reports a NCL cruise passenger was enjoying the end of her birthday cruise when four armed U.S. Customs and Border agents with a canine "barged into her cabin, handcuffed and detained her for no reason." The AP reports that a 6-year-old boy drowned in a pool on Carnival Victory cruise ship on Sunday.
Carnival said that this was the first time a child drowned on one of its ships.
But just last month a 41 year-old passenger drowned in one of the hot tubs on the Carnival Dream.
