The U.S. Coast Guard medevaced an ill passenger from a Royal Caribbean cruise ship on Friday.
The Anthem of the Seas was approximately 50 miles east of Ocean City, New Jersey, on Friday, April 27, 2018 when the medevac occurred. According to NJ.com, the captain of the Anthem requested a medical evacuation around 6:20 p.m.
Several passenger who disembarked from the Carnival Vista today stated that there was a suspicious death on the cruise ship near the end of the eight day cruise leaving from and returning to Miami.
