A crew member on the Jewel of the Seas informs me that the Royal Caribbean cruise ship has a total of sixty-four (64) COVID-19 cases amongst guests. Recent testing also revealed only four (4) infected crew members.

On Friday afternoon, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued the long-awaited new guidance for cruise ships. The CDC stated that COVID-19 vaccinations will be “critical” to resuming normal operations.
