Two coordinated bombings in Istanbul, Turkey killed 38 people and wounded 155 others yesterday. This morning a reader of Cruise Law News sent us photos of the Ruby Princess which broke its mooring lines due to high winds in Kusadasi, Turkey. It drifted out of its berth. Later a tug near the stern of the ship kept it from drifting further from the dock.
